Ripoff about credit lines

I received a call about a credit card that I so called aplied for on the internet for a balance of 2000 dollors and I would be able to take out 500 hundred a day in cash for 0.0% interest and a 6.6% interest on cash for three years. I was told if i payed today i would receive the card immediately or pay in one week and receive the card with in 40 days. Well I payed the same day and about 2 weeks went by and i called the customer service number and they are not able to dispurse any information what so ever. Well i waited a little longer and called again and was told my package was delayed do to hurricane katrina. So i called again this week as instructed and was told there was no information and was hung up on. So I find these reports and decide to call my bank, well if you have U. S Bank good luck. So i decided to fill out this report and looks like i will be taking a loss on 249 dollors.
