Fraudulllent billing ripoff

My father has been recieving a Residential Voice Mothly Fee for $14.61 from our phone company (SBC) for almost a year now. My father has been paying for it assuming that either my brothers or I signed up for this service. Until finally he brought it up to us wondering who signed up for it? I did not know what my dad was accusing us about, and he then told me that the phone company said the person who signed up for it was under my name!

I quickly asked my father to provide me all the invoices that was sent to him and started reading through it... Until I read under "Important Information":

- "This portion of your bill is provided as a service to the company identifed above (OAN)." -

I grabbed my phone and decided to contact this company with the telephone number they provided to our phone company - only to find out that their toll free number was not a working number! I knew from then on something was fishy, so I did a search online about this company and results came out reading "SCAMS, RIP-OFFS, FRAUDULLENT BILLING" - then here I am typing this report.

Please do anything you can to help us get our money back and get rid of these scammers! Thank you!
