My 83 year old father was also scammed by YR Benefits/Iben Medical. He doesn't even remember giving them his checking account information or agreeing to purchase anything. I called the number provided by the bank (1-888-778-0073) and got a very nasty man. I asked him what kind of company this was and he said it is a customer service company. I asked what service they provided and he became sacastic and repeated it is a customer service company... Like he was talking to a child. He asked me for information which I was hesitant to give him and he asked if he was going to have to pull the information out of me or was I going to give it to him.By that time I was pretty irritated and asked him if he was going to be an a*hole the whole time we talked. Anyway he stated that my fathers money would be returned to his checking account within 21 days and that the company would not contact him furthur. My father is on a fixed income and this is devastating to him. Tomorrow I plan to contact the PA State Attorney General's office to report this. I sincerely doubt that Dad will ever see this money again. Dispicable!!!
