Ripoff how they are overcharging the Tax payers

Repairs for US Army are being inflated when a call come in reguardless to the amount of time are the amount of work involved a pickup is loaded with as many people as seat belts in the pickup a trip charge is charged 2 hours this is per man even if the repair takes 10 min and only one man does the works.

Let say a light buld needs to be replaced and it take 1 min and 5 people go to the repair the charge is 10 hours for 10 mins pluss the bulb. This can be verified by looking at service records and the charges
