Ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing Hampton, Virginia

Opened account with Cingular wireless throught JAMS Trading in Hampton, VA. They required a $300.00 cash only deposit. No one has ever given us credit for that deposit. We have faxed the recipt to their customer service and taken it back to the store for help there. Our contract was billed incorrectly charging us for every minute that we used.

We have made more than ten calls to their customer service department to no avail. We have been trying to close this account since June. They finally closed it last week! The phones were returned to JAMS Trading in Hampton VA more than a month before.

Cingular is now trying to collect over $1100.00 from us! Threatening us with collection proceedures. We have repeatedly made attempts to resolve this.

Originally, we only wasnted to get things straightened out. When we were unable to succeed there, we tried to close the account.

This company is trying to extort over $1100.00 from us!!
