The owner "Mitch" simply lies to the consumer about estimated costs and amount of time it takes for repairs. Then he takes it upon himself to make additional repairs and charge you for it. He then does not want to hear your complaint nor is concerned with customer satisfation when you try to talk to him like a man. When I came home, my neighbot told me he had the SAME EXACT experience with this guy.
