Terrible Service Dirty Limo Ruined Wedding Day Broken Air Conditioner Poor Service

My bride and I conracted Siver Image Limo for transportation to the wedding and reception. The pick-up went smoothly from the Brides house to the church. But when the wedding was over and the wedding party climbed into the Stretch limo we noticed a smell. Almost like mold and sweat. We ask the driver to turn on the AC but it was broken. Now we were on a tight schedule with family and friends and could not wait for another vehicle to come and pick us up. We had to leave for the reception at that moment or lose valuable time with wedding photographer and 100 guest waiting at reception.
It was about 90 degrees outside and 105 in the limo! We rolled down the windows to get some fresh air but only one window would open. On top of that we opened a bottle of champayne and soon discovered it was room temperature. And there were only 4 clean glasses to use for 7 people!

When we arrived at our destination, I asked the driver to discount his rate because of the dirty conditions and there being no AC. My bride was in tears because her dress had stains on it from sweat. The driver called the limo manager and I was told that we could have called for another limo... No. We did not have the time to do that! I was only asking for a discounted rate of 25% and yet the manager refused to give us a cent back due to their faulty equipment and poor management.
