I booked an escalade they showed up with a hummer on my wedding

I booked my wedding with m&v limo in commack i was impressed with the selection of limos they had.
The sales man jarred was a little high pressure but he setteled down after a wile the price was very high but they had what i wanted. The day of my wedding they showed up 20 minutes late with a hummer limo that i did not want at all and the driver told us that the escalade was broke down and this is all they had for me at the time i was pissed off i said that i should be compensated for this he told me to call the office he had nothting to do with that.

So i did they offered me an airport ride for my honeymoon i said i did not want that i wanted $200 back and they agreed after 3 phone calls and i still have not received the money i learned that this company has a bad reputation for doing this.
