Pkg Mis-delivered, Acknowledged by UPS, Won't provide info or resolve Ripoff

I purchased a pulse oximeter on ebay. A UPS Store sent the package to me for the seller. I checked the tracking number on delivery day, and lo and behold, "B. DAVEY" located at "DOCK" accepted it at 10:31 A.M.

I called UPS and they asked my if there was a problem. They said it appeared to be delivered properly to 11550 Stone Hollow Ridge Drive, in Austin. I explained that the problem is that is not my street, not my city, I don't know a "B. DAVEY", and I don't have a "DOCK" at my house.

The customer service person politely looked and found that they had my correct address on her computer (acknowledging on day of delivery that the package went to the wrong place).

It has been nine days, and every time I communicate with them via email, they tell me to contact the shipper. This is not the shippers problem, it is their problem. It has been nine days, they know where it went, know where to go and retrieve it, have not done so, and will not tell me any status what so ever.

A problem I have is that they can look up the correct address on the computer and see documented that they mis-delivered the package. I expect no less than a personal call from the driver who mis-delivered my package apologizing and explaining truthfully and completely to me what he or she has done to locate and return it.

I expect them to deliver my package immediately or buy me another of the units immediately.

If anyone has any ideas on how to get the local phone number for UPS, please let me know and I'll call them.
