I was married at the Chapel of Love, 1431 Las Vegas Blvd. So. On July 24. I was promised 1 8x10 picture per the package I paid for.

Employees Hector and Adam offered 6 additional pictures on disc if I chose to use their chapel, which I did. After the ceremony we did not receive any pictures. I assumed they were being mailed. When they did not arrive I called the chapel to to follow up and see when I could expect to receive my pictures. I spoke to Ambrosia who said she would look for my pictures and call me back. She did not return my call. I called her again the following day and again, she said she would look and call me back and did not. The same thing happened with a girl named Adrianna a few days later. I then spoke to Cheryl and the same thing happened - no call back.

Then I was told a few days later by a man that they had been mailed to me. They never arrived. I called numerous times each time pleading that someone help me get my pictures. Each time i was promised they would find them and call me back but they never returned my calls. Finally, Mike the assistant chapel director then told me that pictures are disposed of 5 days after the ceremony and that there was nothing they could do. I made repeated requests with the chapel and pleaded for help. They employees were rude and have not returned my many phone calls. I think its only fair that they give me what they promised which are my wedding pictures. These are the only photos that I have of my wedding and I am completely traumatized over this situation. I called again today and finally got the manager, Sierra, and she told me that there is not an employee named Mike and they do not have an assistant chapel director. I have been lied to and blown off for over a month now.

I deserve my wedding pictures and the public deserves to know how this chapel treats people. They do not care about LOVE or people once they have collected their fees.
