When at first I realized that the remaining 4 payments where not made but only 3 I immediately got in contact with the finance office. They requested that I fax paperwork over and they would handle the problem. To my dismay they completely ignored the situation and the salesperson all of a sudden had selective memory. Why could I trade a car in and say I have 4 payments but I only want you to pay 3 off. I just called the dealership and the stated they were sorry but they would offer me a complete detail. Shame on performance bmw. Don't trust them. They will stab you in the back and offer you a detail.
