Cashman Photo Amateur, Unacceptable Photography Internet

A wedding is not something you can just do over. Nor should you need to. The photographer provided by Chapel of the Fountain (Cashman Photo Pro) was AWFUL. Our photos look like he was drunk while taking them. They are all off center, the filtration is just crazy. Everyone looks all shiny and bright like we were sweating and no one was! Then we went in for the studio session and the poses we were put in were just stupid. Our pictures look like senior or prom photos. NOT wedding pictures of a couple in their 30's.

The only 2 things I really fault Chapel of the Fountain for are:

1) that they do not allow any outside photography. Our 8 year old son could have taken better shots with a disposable camera.

And

2) their communication sucks. My "coordinator" spoke limited English and kept referring me to other departments to answer my questions when the website clearly says "ask your coordinator for more info". Very time consuming and irritating.

The girls at Chapel of the Fountain AGREE that our photos are awful and are refunding that part of the package. But the money doesn't get the day back for a do-over.: (
