False advertising-"money back guarentee" - they will not give money back! They will not give you personal attention

This company will take you money after finding out which package you want and what date you want. The professional wedding coordinator will not coordinate anything. You wont know unless you ask. And they do not give refunds because their time, phone services, emails, & booking are worth more than what you pay. I have spoken to them twice in 18 months because I called them, E-mailing took 6 days to get a response.

We had a verbal agreement from the beginning - to use our video camera with a tripod to record our ceremony - this was 2/4/07 - may 22nd the policies have changed but I can pay $50.00 to have them do a DVD, or I can use my camera and still be charged $50.00, yet they are not trying to dig deeper into my packets. Their website clearly stated a "moneyback guarentee" when I first booked my wedding and I never received a change in policy on that. When I asked for my money back minus the 10% booking fee, they told me I'm not getting any money, that I have used up all monies paid and services are rendered (my service was suposed to be a wedding ceremony and pictures-I'm not married and pictures havn't been taken).

I was informed no response was needed from me from "professional wedding coordinator", not impressive in my book, Book your wedding elsewhere you'll be glad you did.
