Ripoff, will not produce Photos from Ladies Bowling Tournament!

My Ladies Bowling Team attended State Bowling Tournament the 2nd weekend in May. To date, we are still waiting for photos to arrive.

I have made several phone calls to Patrick McGinty at 317-375-1464. The phone message now directs you to call a cellular phone at 317-657-7700.

My first phone call was returned with a message that the photos weren't done but then would be mailed like within a week or so.

A second phone call made and I was informed that the photos would be mailed out that following weekend. And still no pictures.

I have since then left two messages requesting a refund or the photos and again got left a message the photos were going in the mail and to date they still have not arrived.

My group of ladies are not the only ones having problems, there are ladies that attended as clear back as April 10th and probably even further back than that and they still do not have their photos either!

I made a phone call a couple days ago, approximately 8/24/05 and that phone call has yet to be returned.

Can someone please help? Our receipt states photos will be mailed within one week. I have been a bowler for 12 yrs and this has never been a problem.
