Printerpix didn't send me the photos I paid for and communication was appaling! - Photography

I ordered photos through Printerpix on the 7th of January which I was going to use to make a present for someone. A week later I got an email saying the photos had been dispatched (great a thought) but when I still hadn't received them a week after that I checked the order and my house number was missing on the order (just the street number). I tried to call Printerpix but couldn't get through so sent an email informing them of the delivery address problem. I didn't get a reply for over a week and they said that I would have to wait 20 working days (why so long???) for them to be returned to the warehouse and then re-sent out to me. I replied asking for a refund as the photos will be far too late for me now and got a response (a week later) asking me to 'kindly return the photos to obtain a refund.' Of course, I cannot return photos I have never received!!! I again, informed Printerpix of this problem but they have not replied!!! It is now 6 weeks since I ordered the photos. I am very angry that this company has taken my money but not delivered what they promised and it is frustrating that the only contact I can make is via email and they take weeks to respond.
