My son sent me some photo of my grandson. I inturn ordered the photos on line. The company took my charge card info very quickly, even sent me a message that says the photos have been mailed out. That was a month ago. I have written to their customer service twice and have been promises some resolution twice and I have not heard from the company since. Please do not use SNAPFISH photos THEY ARE A HUGE RIP OFF.
