Glennis Chapman ripoff charged $20,000.00 for house repairs, but did only $8,000.00

Estimated an initial $10,825 for repairs, including two coats - two colors (trims one color, walls on color) but everything was painted only one color. Baths and kitchen were painted with Flat Paint, instead of semi-gloss.
Charged $4,900 for new carpet, vinyl and title, but the living room carpet was only steam washed.

Charged $650 for cleaning, but all the old appliances were left on the driveway.

Charged $650 for the installation of Water Heater and $1,123 for a new A/C Unit that was never installed.
Charged an aditional 75 ft of rotted siding ($375) that was painted with a different color, not matching the existing one.

Beware of Glennis Chapman and his company: Can-we-fix-it-services. He uses the cheapest materials and charges for 1st class services. He asks for payments in advance, but delivers 3rd class jobs, and he feels offended when questioned.
