Stolen funds without any authorization RIPOFF Palm Desert California

This fraudulent company stole money from my business account and when I called the company and explained their error, they informed me that someone from another country was using my card number and committing credit card fraud. My bank says that the company is the fraudulent one since they have stolen money from my account and refused to credit it back. When questioned about to whom and to where the package was shipped, they declined any information.

When I tried to get the names of the supervisors that were offering no help to me, they refused to give their names. If they were truly not doing anything wrong, why would they decline to give me their names?

This is the third time that this same company has done this to me and I have NEVER ordered anything from them and NEVER WILL. Buyer beware. This company is obviously spoofing credit card numbers from other sites and using them illegally. That must be how they can afford to hire celebrities to sponsor their product.
