Ripoff - Fraudulent bill on behalf of Navicomm, LTD

I received a fraudulent bill from One Call Communications on behalf of Navicomm, LTD of Bedford, Texas for "Internet Website Access Charges" on 08/07/05 and 08/08/05 for a total of $26.85.
I have never used either of these companies and certainly am NOT going to pay for a phony bill.
The invoice was dated 08/12/05 and the account number they used was 7702142789 with an ID# 115628.
