Ripoff ANTHONY PRALL liar, after you pay they disappear and don't deliver product

Anthony prall is such a bottom feeder he is lucky he is in another country. I pursued his machines a couple of years back while i was in college. He fed me everything i wanted to hear and even tried to get me to purchase more units to begin with even though he knew i was just a college kid and that 1 machine was already very expensive. He was very helpful until i sent my wire transfer, then bam, he disappears and i can not get ahold of him or my emails answered for 3 weeks. After 3 weeks i get an email with a tracking number. I receive a box with a machine missing a front door, back door and bill validator.in addition to this, the machine was used. This low life just hid and hid till i gave up calling. I even emailed them asking for just an instruction manual and they ignored. If anyone knows where to find these people post it here.
