Ripoff they did not set up the machine if there out of buisness im out of buisness because Florida

I can not get a hold of them for three week's now i think they closed there door's i can not buy the bar codes from them to put on the DVD's there for i can not put movies in the machine to rent movies. I also can not buy the insert's for the DVD to put into the machine. I also do not have tex support. I also do not have a pink slip for the ownership of the machine. I also do not have everything that comes with the machine and the machine does not work properly.
