Ripoff Dishonest Company Incomplete Products, Exercise Machines, rude, don't buy from them, liars, internet scam artists, false advertisement

Please do not order from this company! We bought an ab machine from Legion Global on 02/02/07. When sent to us on 02/09/07, the box was mangled and had big holes in it and parts were missing. The box was thrown on our porch by the delivery company, they didn't even ring the door bell, we heard it slam on our front porch. When we went outside, the delivery man was speeding away.

We have called numerous times, the sales rep never calls us back like he says he will. As for the missing parts for my machine, who knows when and if we will get them, they are coming from another country. The rep John said on 02/09 (the day we recieved the machine and saw parts missing) that he would call back with another tracking number for the parts to be shipped out to us.

When i did not here from him by 02/15, i called John and he said we should receive the parts in 1-2 days. When we did not receive anything by 02/22, I once again called John and he said 7-10 days.

On 02/27 I called John and he said that he didn't know when we would get the parts because they were coming from China. I told him I wanted to return my product. He said if i decide to send the product back, i have to pay a 30% restocking fee which comes out of what i paid, and then i will get the remainding balance, plus i have to pay the freight fee to send it back.

It has been a month since i first ordered this product and i am the one that id doing all of the contacting. Not once have they tried to call me to give me information on my pissing parts.

I originally purchased this product because I am getting married in August and I wanted to look good for my soon to be husband. Thanks to them I will have to work extra hard for the next six months doing floor crunches. Plus I am out $89.95, which I could have put towards something else for my wedding.
