Ripoff via fake phone charges

I also got ripped off by a phony phone charge for 2 minutes at $20 = $40. Thanks to the reports here I learned what to do. I called them, threatened them with the State Attorney General's office, the Public Commission, and the BBB and within no time they gave me a 100% refund. You could tell that that girl was reading off of a script - she was used to these kind of calls. Don't let them get away - call and demand that they remove the illegal charge.
