Ripoff, cramming RIPOFF

I was shocked to see so many reports on this company IntegreTel. I have received 4 months worth of charges from them, and I am currently trying to get reimbursed.

Be sure to check your phone bill after signing up for any new services because that is how they ended up on my bill. We signed up for satellite services over the internet in June, and low and behold, this charge began appearing on our bill in July. At first it said it was a one time charge, I thought it meant a charge for changing over to satellite, but now it comes every month. It isn't satellite, it's voice mail services of which I don't need.

I sent a complaint through their web site so that I would have a solid record of my contact with them, we'll see what happens. If they don't reimburse me for the entire four months charges, I will turn them into my states attorney general, and I'll have the internet complaints I've filed for a solid record of my contact with them. I used to work for the phone company, and what these guys are doing is cramming. It is highly illegal.

If you haven't already done so, turn them into the attorney general in your state. They will pay for what they are doing, and though you might not get your money back, it will stop them dead in their tracks.

Be sure to keep good records of your contact with them, so when you're asked, bam it is there. That will also help you to get back the money you've been charged when a law suit is filed. One will definately be filed, it is inevitable since there are so many complaints on this web site alone. Attorney generals live for this kind of stuff.
