Verizon Wireless does NOT care about their customers. They only want your money.

I will not go into full detail about my ongoing complaint with Verizon, as it would be lengthy. I will sum it up.

I have unknowingly had a bad mark on my credit for 2 years because of them. When I finally did find out about this four months ago, I have been trying to work it out with them.

They insist I am in the wrong and they are right, even though I have PROOF to the contrary, which I gave them (and they admitted to having proof of what I claimed in their files).

They do NOT care. They wash their hands of it and cost me even more money to get my credit report cleared.

The actual collection agency that I dealt with to get this cleared informed me that they do this sort of thing all the time.

Do yourselves a favor, STAY AWAY FROM VERIZON WIRELESS! They'll rip you off in the end and not care about it.
