Ripped me off, will not perform service per signed agreement RIPOFF

This person worked for colonial painters, located in chelmsford mass. He has since been fired, but has a screen that belongs to my window, which he won't return. And I retained him 250.00 to put gutters on my house.

After dozens of phone calls, with only 3 phone calls returned and 4 times being promised this job would be done. He refused to call me back, refund my money, or bring back my screen to my window. I've called the owner of colonial painters and he can't even get this man to call him back. He was in the process of moving, and he has other names he goes by, usa painting, etc.

George Newhall is very irresponsible and has not performed the job as signed by our agreement.
