What a Joke - painting exterio

My wife and I had certa Pro painters paint our home and boy are we sorry. No one on the job spoke english and one of the painters had never painted before—ever. Painted over dirt and did not scrape off old paint. No priming of bare wood. Paint pealing after only 1 month. Looked like a bunch of kids painted our home. Owner stood behind his "Painters" great job he said. All work done as agreed. I don't see how these clowns stay in business. Wanted an additional 1000.00 to bring in a NEW crew and fix what should have been done right to began with. Let this be a warning do not ever hire these clowns or you will be sorry. Contacted certa pro franchise and they just forwarded my complaint to the ones who done my painting—what a joke.
