Ripoff charges $12.25 for one cotton shirt laundering and one silk blouse press

I sent one cotton shirt and one silk blouse to Strafford Cleaners. I specifically asked the cotton shirt to be laundered and lightly starched and the silk blouse just needs some press around the collar (it was clean). But when I went to pick it up, I was charged $12.25 and was told they were dry cleaned. I understand the price is the price for dry cleaning but I did not ask for the service. Even worse, when I complained and told the owner that they should not have done it without letting me know first, she and her workers got very nasty and pretty much said you either pay the price or you don't get your clothes back.

I think it is outrageous for Strafford Cleaners to treat their customers like this. If they want to make money, they should be honest and respectful. I will never send anything to them any more and would definitely not recommend them to anybody either.
