Stealing, ripoff, dishonest

I ordered a pair of sunglasses from this online company, and they responded promptly saying they recieved the order. Than they went ahead and billed my credit card, and to this date (two weeks and a day later 6/29/05) they have sent no product whatsoever.

I have sent the provided email address multiple emails regarding the situation, all of which they have not responded to a single one. They have no phone number or any other type of contact information on their website besides the email they posted.

I have also heard from other people that if they did actually recieve any product, it was almost always broken or disfigured in some way. This company is a total scam and should be shut down, because they simple stole from me. They didnt even send me bad product, I GOT NOTHING AT ALL!
