The employees at spring are the worst. They do not keep records of what they tell you. Had to relocate to an area that did not have sprint service. We were told that if we proved the change of address that they would waive the termination fees. They will not now. They now say they need the phones back and we got rid of them because we were not told that this was the case. Charging me $1093 for their error. Was on the phone for 1 hour and 40 minutes trying to get some assistance and was transferred 6 different times to many people that could barely speak English so was hard to communicate. They were very rude and not willing to compromise at all for their error. I am contacting the BBB and would recommend they do some employee training so this does not happen to anyone else. Furthermore I would never recommend this provider to anyone. Being a loyal customer for 6 years meant nothing to them
