Ripoff dishonest from the beginning

After losing our pool enclosure in Sept from the hurricane we finally got the salesperson from screenbuilders to come on Dec 6th - we were told if we signed the contract and gave a substantial deposit along with paperwork they needed for permit that day, we would have our pool enclosure in 6 months but most likely sooner because it was an EASY JOB. It's now been 7 months, it's in fabrication and was told it would be another 6-8 weeks, that is depending on weather. They lied from the beginning just to get the contract.
