Ripoff broke contract, did not complete pool in 2 years, quality is awful, refuse to perform warranty service Bristol Pennsylvania

In the fall of 2003 we signed a contract for a pool with Joe Ordini's Pools to be completed by May 29 and paid 50% deposit in order to get better price.

Pool had not been started until June, but we were promised it will be completed by July 4th. Lied to us all the time regarding progress of our application in the township; later we found out they did not submit paperwork at all! Finally we lost patience and in the end of August we contacted Better Business Bureau. Then Ordinis quit our site completely and started blackmailing us they won't come back until we notify BBB that we are happy.

We hired a lawyer but it turned out that we can not take them to court, only after lengthy dispute resolution process, - it was in the contract, you know. So they dragged until the Spring of 2005 to put concrete deck around the pool, then they refused to clean the pool and never got it inspected by township - so formally they had not completed it yet.

Anyway, we called pool service and started using pool - paid another $300 for cleaning our of our pocket. Less then a month after it started loosing water at the rate of 2 - 2.5 inches per day, we called Ordinis - they refused to come. We will definitely sue them even if it takes 3 years to get them. If anyone had similar experience with them - and I am sure a lot of people had - please contact me by using the rebuttal box below so together we'd have upper hand with these crooks.
