Lack Of Service - Re-screening of pool enclosure

Company sales rep misrepresented the quote provided to re-screen the pool enclosure at our home. Company owner (TJ) has failed to respond to 3 messages left for him to discuss the issue. Scheduler is incapable of returning calls or telling the truth when you do talk with him (nothing he told us was done as he said it would be). Terrible response to customer complaints.
