1-800-4-APHONE Ripoff, scam, stole My Deposit, wont Refund Houston Texas RIPOFF, FRAUD, MISLEADING

I order a cell phone from this company a week ago, first i was mislead about the plan and now after after having this phone for a week it doesn't hold a charge. The inside of the phone that holds the chrge is broke. I reported it to them for a week now, everytine i call to speak to a supervisor knowone is ever in, or they would say a supervisor will contact you within 234 hours, well "heck" today july 6 has been a week.

I ask for a refund "no answer", a call back "nothing". I even ask for the address if your a business, and they stated they can't give it out... I was like your kidding, how your running a business without an address.

This company doesn't look out for the consumer, fast buck is all there looking for. We need to shut this company down.

The commercial they are advertising is so fake, i can't beleive knowone has went after them... But i'm not going to sit around, and be taking advantage of.
