I have been a long time customer of Verizon and wanted to write that their customer service is above and beyond anything I have ever seen. I have had several experiences lately one I needed internet activated for a business call and the tech went over and above and stayed on the phone with me for over 2 hours. Then we lost a phone and they were so helpful in activating a temporary phone so we could get messages for my son while he was away. One of the customer service reps I spoke to actually e-mailed me to follow up on something she forgot to tell me. They are absolutely the best service I have ever dealt with at a large company and am a loyal Verizon customer. I give them the highest rating.
