BB Bunch Child Care
Burn job, deposit not returned and anyone paying a deposit will not get the deposit returned from BB Bunch Child Care ripoff

My complaint is, BB Bunch Care did not return/refund my deposit of $290.

Per BB Bunch Care/Hollie Beeby, I was not given my deposit due to repeated contract violations.

Hollie Beeby terminated her services to coincide with the contract to keep the deposit. Mrs. Beeby never informed me of any contract violations prior to my request of my deposit.

My one and only violation was not providing Mrs Beeby thirty days notice and this not a repeat offense. I provided twenty four days notice on April 6.

Out of consideration for her business I offered to leave early, if the open spot was filled. Hollie Beeby stated the opening would be easy to fill since she receives calls for openings on a daily basis.

On April 11, Mrs. Beeby stated verbatim, my child's day last would be April 15, so that my child could get used to her new child care provider.

It was Hollie Beeby decision that April 15 would her last day to provide child care, not mine. I just assumed she had filled the open spot.

I was informed, Mrs. Beeby did not have my deposit since she spent it and she does not maintain a separate business account for deposits.

Mrs. Beeby also stated deposits are never returned and informs all parents at the of time enrollment. Hollie Beeby never told me and I spoke to other parents and they are not aware of her deposit policy.
