James Dovinh is one of the biggest crooks I have ever known. He runs a day care center, totally unacceptable for children. He had the gall to ask me for a security deposit, then when I decided that his day care was not suitable for my child, he refused to refund my security deposit.
James Dovinh is a crook. Do not use his services.
