This company shows you via the web site that you will make money on the phone in order to facilitate you purchasing from them. It never indicates until after the purchase, the wait period required nor does it indicate the effort that is required of the customer to accomplish the task.

In reviewing the timeline and requirements it is apparent that they are setting you up to never be able to abide by their instructions. All of the guidelines are listed under the instructions section of the form and do not indicate on the form that the rebate will not be honored if not followed exactly.

There is only one line that speaks of qualifing and it reads To qualify for this offer, the phone must be activated newly with any rate plan from Nextel. All in all they got out of paying us the $250.00. Hope they feel good about their business practices.
