Weasel out of rebate

A1 Wireless refused to honor my rebate even though I send my rebate fulfillment form within 120 days of purchase. The reason they give was because I had not attached my 3rd month's bill along with my rebate instead I had attached my 2nd month's bill by mistake. I requested to mail in my 3rd month's bill but they refused. They stated that there is nothing they can do because it is final.

There is no place on the rebate form that said anything about mailing in the 3rd month's bill within 120 days only that the rebate form must be post marked within 120 days. They required my 3rd month's bill to verify that my phone is still active. Clearly, A1 Wireless is trying to weasel out from paying my rebate and very simply they can get away from it. The ONLY reason I bought from A1 wireless is for the rebates. They are EVIL, please do not purchase from them.
