Ripoff left me high and dry out of state

This memorial day weekend I moved from san jose cal. To las vegas nv. Getting the truck they were a day late because they sent me to a wrong location. The following day I show up to pick up the truck at the right location only to learn that derrick is the only one at the location that knows how to rent trucks and he does not show up untill 9:00 am. This place is called X press rental car aka made in japan car repair shop in Campbell Ca.

Now for the real reason for this report, I still continue to work in the san francisco area. Monday I am back at Cal, I discover Uhaul has double carged my credit card for $1247. This puts my account at -$750. I have checks out that need to clear still so I cash advance money into my checking account from two credit cards. I also notify Uhaul that tuesday of the misunderstanding.

Everyday I call uhaul and speak with candice at the san francisco mrkt company. She can't help me. Uhaul corporate tells me to call Fremont routing office at 510-656-6200. I call there and speak with Ruth on several occasions. Ruth can't help me without proof of these charges so I have branch manager at my commonwealth central credit union fax proof of double postings and also proof of credit card cash advances to cover checks.

I have been sleeping in my truck now for a week at this point. I dispute the charge at named bank above for one of the charges. I try to call Ruth but she screens her call with voice messages. She won't call back ever again.

June 12th I file a corporate complaint at 1800 Go Uhaul. Fremont has till thursday to call me.
Maria calls me today the 14th and says despite all the mistreatment and neglect I have indured, her supervisor and her decided final decision to mail me a 40 gift certificate to use at uhaul centers.

I have had to sleep in my truck for a week and a half, eat sparringly, and worry about my wife still in vegas with no money. Credit card cash advances arent cheap either.
