Ripoff 3.95 to look at product and 200.00 shopping spree got charged 3.95 twice the shopping spree was rebates, call repeatedly no supervior to talk to will call me back

Promotion to sell movie passes. Ok one 3.95 fee but two showed up on bank account. Called customer service. Can not talk to supervior they are in another office. I am suppose to wait 24 hours for them to call back. Hopefully this is the end of this and I don't have my bank account wiped out. I don't answer my home phone because of this exact problem. I have a hard time saying no but when I do say yes I usually get ripped off.
