Buyer Union - Premier Movie Pass
This Company was very misleading and took $119 from my bank account without my authorization!

I was contacted by Premire Movie Pass on 13 Dec 04. I was told that this was a Movie Pass Promo and was promised free movie passes if I sampled the package, and reviewed movies (of my choice) with the passes. I was also promised $200 in shopping vouchers as a complimentary gift. All I had to pay was $3.95 S/H. I was given a 1-800 number and was told that if I decided I did not want to continue I could call and cancel within 5 days and nothing further would be charged to my account.

I did so, but later found out the company not only took the $3.95 They they had in fact taken $119 in addition to the $3.95!! The promotion package promised did not contain free movie passes, or the shopping vouchers, a complete scam!!! Despite the fact that I canceled the yearly membership 0n 20 Dec 04 within the 5 business days, the company still took $119.00 out of my account.

I never authorized the company to access my account for $119!!! The worst part is that is was right before Christmas, and I wanted to surprise my family with the movie passes & vouchers. It really stings because I am a stay at home Mom and I was trying to help us out during the Holidays, instead our account was overdrawn because this company decided to help themselves to our account. I contacted Buyers Union on 27 Dec 04 and they are suppose to send me a form to fill out for re-inbursement. As of 4 Jan 04 I have not received this so called form.

BEWARE! This avertisement is very misleading!!! Don't waste your time!!! I have filed a report with the Better Business Bureau, and I intend to bring this to the attention of my banking institute. Wish me luck!!!
