Unfair practices and fraudulent billing Ripoff

My cell phone was stolen and I was told I was responsible for charges made which amounted to close to $600.00. I refuse to pay the charges and of course this information was sent to the credit bureaus thus causing an extremely detrimental credit rating. Beware of small print in any contract you sign.
