I ordered some favors about 3 months ago for my wedding which was on april 16th and i never received them. I called and called and called and called, but the telephone number voicemail box was always full and no one ever answered. Finally, someone e-mailed me back saying that the company's merchant account with the credit card was down and was not able to process any credit card payments. So they told me to check with my bank to get a refund which is ridiculous since they had already taken my funds from my debit card. Now i can't get a refund because when i visited the website and clicked on "contact us" the number to call was disconnected. They are a rip offffffffffff!!!
