Credit card merchant account

I have been with ipayments since 2003. Ippayment is a company that allows you to take credit cards on your website, it is a merchant account This company has $3,0000.00 of my funds. It has been 2 weeks. I was told by their rick department the guy I talked Steve. Steve informed me that my charge backs are a bit high. Steve ask me to fax in some copies of my sales invoices wish I did on the same day April 9th, it had already been one week since I received any batches in my bank account. Steve informed me it would only take 3 to 5 days. Today April 16th I called Steve at the risk department of ipayments and was told I had gotten 2 more charge backs and they would NOT release any of my money!!! I was refused a time frame on when my funds would be given to me. It has been 2 weeks with no income so I started using another credit card processor and I was told by Steve since I had stopped processing with ipayments they may hold my funds for 6 months. I theaten to get a lawyer and he said go ahead get a lawyer... I had to use a different merchant account, they have $3,000.00 of my funds. This guy Steve was the worst rude person, I told him how could I ship products if you refuse to give me any of my money??? Stay away from this company at all cost. If anyone knows a lawyer for me to contact please let me know... They are holding all of my funds and if I had kept useing ipayments they would have $7,000.00 or more... Now they say since I am not useing them to process I am NOT getting any of my funds back!!! What small business could operate for 2 weeks or more with NO money? How can I ship??? I was smart I had one merchant account that I was not using so just linked it to my shopping cart. Please help!!!
