Month late favors, no $150 refund for returned favors

I requested my wedding favors four weeks before my wedding. The web site states delivery could be 1-5 days. I received my favors four weeks after my wedding. I shipped the favors back based on the return guidelines. I was not returned. I delivered 3 emails, quit two communications, talked to somebody who assured a phone back and was never called back. I still require my $150 back.
