Ripoff illegel dishonest scam liers total dishonest

I have been with cingular wireless for over seven years. Spent lots of money and put up with alot of bull.

They changed my account lots of times with out my knowledge. I need to drop my cell phone because of money.

Cingular now charges me $137.80 because i am dropping their service. Also i will have to pay late fees. I did not even get the bill till it was due.

Cingular say because i went to booths in walmart stores to up date phones or change for more or less minutes i signed contract.

I never signed anything or was ever informed of any contract. They say they have contract with me that is why i am charged fee. What a scam. The only contract i ever signed was in Hot Springs Ak. Over seven years ago.

I do not want my credit ruined so i paid the 137.80. Help!!! How may other hard working people do they screw? I would like a refund. Oh by the way. Cingular says they are not responsible for the people in booths at walmart. Hey they work for cingular, they are responsible.
