Failure to send $20.00 rebate RIPOFF

Office Max acknowledged my rebate submission on January 15. They promised they would send a gift card within 30 days. When no gift card was received I sent them several more emails requesting them to honor their promised rebate. They assured me they would but no rebate gift card has been recieved. Their explanation is it will be another 15 days and now they are informing me that it will be another 30 days.
