Liar Liar? Is that good customer service? I think not!
I finally received a shipment of QC Unlimited's emergency guides on March 21, after placing an order last July. They are not useable, as they have both my company telephone number and my own direct line wrong. Funny how they had me approve the layout and text in January, which I did, then they STILL get it wrong!
So I'm still out a product I've paid for, the company has not corrected the problem, nor have they responded to my complaint that they made a gross error. And now they are calling ME a liar?!?!?
Yup. REAL good customer service. What happened to "The customer is always right?"
CUSTOMER SERVICE does not mean beating up a customer. It means s e r v i n g them!
