All i needed is good service. At this current economy and time with full knowledge.information was not disclosed about regulation of service. We pay 51.56 and honestly is not about the money but for us to call and chat and rep of the company tells us to reduce our usage i feel like so why am i your customer. Its like saying i have a phone service and its talk and text unlimited 4g then have a rep tell me how or when to use my service. Clear needs to look into this as a customer i need good service. We want the service we paid for. Honestly the world is on our fingertips, facebook, tweeter, media. Someone needs to look into this. Who gives them the power to regulate usage because of congestion and yet want a pmt for service that is horrible. They should not be using words like unlimited 4g network, talking about they have a bigger spectrumwith more spectrum (or capacity) than any other u.
